Drink. Scan. Win. Competition

The promoter of the Transformers: Drink. Scan. Win. Competition (“Prize Draw”) is SNEAK Energy, Sneakenergy.com UK Limited, Queens House, 4th Floor, 32–34 Queen Street, Manchester, M2 5HT (“Promoter”).

1. Eligibility

The Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Prize Draw.

Entrants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of such consent and may refuse entry or withdraw a prize if satisfactory proof is not provided.

2. The Competition

The title of the competition is Transformers: Drink. Scan. Win. Competition.

To enter the Prize Draw, entrants must purchase a participating Transformers promotional can:

• Mango Meltdown 500ml
• Frostberry Blast 500ml

Entrants must then:

• Visit the Store Locator page on sneakenergy.com
• Upload a valid receipt showing proof of purchase

Receipts must clearly display:

• Date of purchase
• Store name and address

Eligible entrants will automatically:

• Receive 100 Elite Points applied to their account per can purchased
• Be entered into the Prize Draw

Only one entry is permitted per receipt. Multiple promotional cans purchased on the same receipt will still count as a single entry.

Entries must be submitted between 18 May 2026 at 00:01 BST and 25 June 2026 at 23:59 BST (“Prize Draw Period”).

Entries received outside of the Prize Draw Period will not be accepted.

Bulk, automated, or third-party entries are prohibited.

All entrants must comply with any reasonable instructions given by the Promoter in connection with the Prize Draw. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

3. Winner Selection and Contact

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Prize Draw Period.

The winner will be contacted by email no later than 26 June 2026 (“Announcement Date”).

The winner must respond and provide any requested details within 48 hours of being contacted.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to:

• Disqualify the winner
• Select an alternative winner at random

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Prize Draw.

4. Prize

The prize consists of:

• One case of Sneak Energy Mango Meltdown 500ml (12 cans)
• One case of Sneak Energy Frostberry Blast 500ml (12 cans)

No cash alternative, refund, or transfer of the prize will be offered.

The prize draw closes on 25 June 2026.

The prize will be dispatched no later than 3 July 2026.

There will be one winner only.

5. Winner Publicity

The Promoter reserves the right to publish the winner’s name and/or entry on its official social media channels and website, including Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, and SNEAK Energy.

By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree that, if selected as the winner, they may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity related to the Prize Draw without additional compensation.

6. Entry Requirements

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry it deems, in its sole discretion, to be:

• Fraudulent
• Inappropriate
• Offensive
• Unlawful
• Damaging to the reputation of the Promoter or the Prize Draw

The Promoter may refuse or remove entries that breach these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to clause 7.1, the Promoter shall not be liable for:

• Lost, delayed, incomplete, or corrupted entries
• Technical failures or system malfunctions
• Network, server, or website issues
• Failure of third parties involved in the Prize Draw
• Any loss, damage, or disappointment suffered by entrants
• Circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical fault of any kind.

Statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Personal Data

By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree that the Promoter may process their personal data:

• For the administration of the Prize Draw
• To contact winners
• For any other purpose consented to by the entrant

Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at the SNEAK Energy Privacy Policy.

9. General

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Prize Draw where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

By entering the Prize Draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and disqualify any entry that breaches these Terms and Conditions.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with the Prize Draw shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
