UK Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates 2025

Mainland UK   

DPD 1-2 working days & Evri next day shipping -  To receive your order before Christmas please place before 4pm on the 19th December. 

UK Standard Delivery - To receive UK standard delivery orders before Christmas you will need to order by 16th December 2025.

Our warehouse is closed on Christmas day and Boxing day. Any orders placed on these dates will be processed on the next working day which will be the 29th December and shipped within the 1-2 working days as advised on the website. 

Rest Of The World

To receive orders to the Rest of the World before Christmas, please order by 8th December.

New Years day 2026

Please note new years day is a bank holiday and no orders will be shipped on this day. Any orders placed on the 1st January will be shipped within the 1-2 working days as advised on the website.


Dispatch Information

Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be dispatched. Shipping time starts once your order has been dispatched. 

Orders placed Monday to Friday are dispatched based on the selected shipping service:

• DPD 2-4 Working Day:  Order by 4 PM for same-day dispatch (unless stated otherwise above). Orders placed after 4 PM will be dispatched the next working day*.

• Evri Standard Shipping:  Order by 8 PM  for same-day dispatch (unless stated otherwise above). Orders placed after 8 PM will be dispatched the next working day*.
  

• Weekend & Bank Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be shipped on the next working day*.

*Working days exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. Our warehouse team does not operate on these days. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please note tracking information will not update over weekend. This is due to the orders not being scanned into the delivery network over this period.

Please find the shipping details for your country below. Note - We cannot ship to military addresses or PO Boxes.

Please ensure the shipping address on your order is correct when placing your order, as due to our fast processing times we cannot guarantee that we can change an address once an order has been placed. We take no responsibility if you provide us with an incorrect shipping address.
