We will process all opt-out requests as soon as possible, but please note that due to the nature of our IT systems and servers it may take a few days for any opt-out request to be implemented. If you choose to stop receiving our marketing message, this doesn't mean communications from us will stop completely, as we will still send you important updates with regards to your orders and other service communications.
For this purpose, we may disclose your information to our agents and service providers. When purchasing from us, we may also disclose your name and email address to third party review service providers. We use a third-party provider, Klaviyo to deliver our promotional and marketing emails. If you accept to receive marketing, you will go onto our subscriber list for Klaviyo. We may collect your information when you:
1. Visit our website (Analytics and Advertising)
When someone visits www.sneakenergy.com we use third party services, such as Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site; in order to improve the overall website performance and user experience. This information is only processed in a way which is anonymous and does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow these third-party service providers to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.
We may display interest-based ads to you when you are using Facebook through a tool offered by Facebook called Custom Audience. This tool allows us to personalise our ads based on your shopping experience with us. We do not share any of your personal information, including your shopping history, with Facebook. This tool helps us convert your email address to a unique number that Facebook uses to match to unique numbers Facebook generates from email addresses of its users.
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. Cookies: When you visit our website, our server will automatically record your IP address and the time and duration of your visit. Please see our cookies policy for more information on how we use cookies on our website.
2. Create an Account
We use a third party provider, Shopify as the platform for our e-commerce transactions. When you create an account, Shopify collects information about you including your name, email address, number of orders for customers to easily access their account and be able to see relevant account information. 3. Sign up to our newsletter
If you would like to receive our newsletter from us, your email address will go to Klaviyo. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our email marketing.
4. Purchase a product on our website
When you purchase, information will go to some third-party providers so we can process your order and improve your customer experience. For example:
Shopify: require your data to be able to process and deliver your order.
Klaviyo: if you have opted in, they will use your data to email you further promotional, product and marketing information.
Yotpo: require your data to be able to communicate post purchase reviews based on products purchased.
DPD / RubyHas: as our logistics service providers, these third parties require your data to be able to deliver your order.
Klarna: need your data to process your payments.
SMS Bump: require your data to send you communications via SMS.
5. Chat with us or contact us through our website
We use a third-party provider, Zendesk to manage our live chat and customer service experience, and our contact us queries. Customers will sometimes provide their email and name, which Zendesk will store for 2 years.
6. Text Marketing Terms and Conditions
We are using a text messaging platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. By opting-in for our text marketing and notifications in, you agree to these terms and conditions.
By entering your phone number in the checkout and initialising a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
Your phone number, name and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform, Klaviyo. This data will be used for sending you targeted marketing messages and notifications. Upon sending the text messages, your phone number will be passed to a text messages operator to fulfill their delivery.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications please use the unsubscribe link we provided you with in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out. Message and data rates may apply.

What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, IP address, card details and delivery details to be able to carry out the requirements.

Sneak will never independently sell personal information for commercial purposes. However, Sneak does disclose personal data to third parties or allow third parties to access personal data to help provide services, such as:

Additionally, if a third party acquires all (or substantially all) of Sneak’s business and/or assets, Sneak may disclose your personal information to that third party in connection with the acquisition.
Transfers of your personal data out of the EEA
We may need to transfer your personal data to countries located outside the European Economic Area, for the purpose of providing you our products and services. Any transfer of your data will be subject to a European Commission approved contract that will safeguard your privacy rights and give you remedies in the unlikely event of a security breach.
How long do we keep this data for?
We keep personal data for promotions and marketing for 2 years, unless we are required by law to retain your personal data for a longer period. We keep finance data for business purposes for as long as necessary for these purposes.
How can we make sure your data is secured?
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions to seek to ensure that it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Your data is encrypted by Shopify using the HTTPS protocol for secure communication over a computer network. Shopify also encrypts any sensitive stored information, and salts and hashes passwords using bcrypt.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
Your Rights

If you feel that we should no longer be using your data or that we are illegally using your data, you can request that we erase the data we hold. When we receive your request, we will confirm whether the data has been deleted or tell you the reason why it cannot be deleted.
