Important Scoop Update

We’ve recently identified that a small number of SNEAK tubs in the UK, including a few limited editions, were sent out with the wrong scoop size. This impacts certain batches of Sneak Energy.

Some batches include a smaller scoop than usual - it holds 7g powder instead of our recommended 10g serving.

If you have one of these, simply use a heaped scoop instead of a flat one to get the correct serving size.

The batch number is printed on the base of your tub. If your batch number matches any listed below, your scoop may be affected. We’ve included reference images of the approved scoop sizes below so you can double-check visually.

• If you ordered an Energy tub between mid-June and today, we’ve already added 300 Elite Points to your account as an apology.
• We’ve made sure our suppliers have the correct scoop specifications moving forward, and implemented extra checks to ensure this won’t happen again.

We know this isn’t the experience you expect from SNEAK, and it’s not the standard we hold ourselves to. Accuracy and quality are vital to us, and we’re taking this issue very seriously.
