Sneak is a low-calorie, sugar-free energy formula, with caffeine, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and electrolytes. Available in powdered form or ready-to-drink cans, both options offer a powerful, sustained energy boost that keeps you alert, focused and hydrated. 

We’ve got a wide variety! Some of them are pretty self-explanatory - Sour Apple, or Raspberry Lemonade, for example. Some are less obvious - but they’re all sweet, sharp and fruity.

Sneak reacts fast. It will take approximately 10 minutes for all of Sneak's key active ingredients to start to take effect. Performance will continue to increase for the next 45 minutes, and the effects will last 4-6 hours, depending on your metabolism.

We’ve done the math so you don’t have to. Sneak starts at £1 per serving, working out way better for your wallet than traditional energy drinks. All of the benefits, less of the cost.

Sneak is a clean energy formula - it improves your performance without the junk. We’ve packed Sneak full of amino acids, vitamins and minerals - and with added caffeine, your energy levels will increase, your focus will be sharper, and you’ll feel refreshingly hydrated.

We think we’ve got the perfect Sneak nailed. Add one scoop or sachet of Sneak to 300-400ml of water and shake. Drop in some ice for extra refreshment, and feel free to experiment with water ratios to find what suits you - 300-400ml is our recommendation, but we know some customers use more or less.

Yes, all Sneak products are vegan.

Unlike a lot of our competitors, you won’t find any sugar in Sneak.

Our energy formulas are made up of amino acids, vitamins, minerals with a small amount of caffeine, natural flavour and colours. You can check out the full nutritional profile of every tub, sachet and can over on the individual product pages - we’ve got nothing to hide.

Each serving of Sneak contains 150mg of caffeine - about the equivalent of two cups of coffee.

Most health authorities recommend that adults over the age of 18 should consume no more than 400mg of caffeine per day. This is known as a ‘daily safe limit’ - the amount that can be consumed without any adverse side effects. Sneak contains 150mg of caffeine per serving, which means you can enjoy two servings per day, while still allowing for extra caffeine from other sources, without going over the suggested limit.

Sneak contains sucralose and acesulfame k.

We don’t recommend Sneak to anyone who needs to watch their caffeine intake. That includes children, as well as those that are pregnant or breastfeeding and anyone who’s been advised to avoid caffeine due to a health condition. Everyone else will be just fine, but always check the label carefully. If you do have any adverse reactions, stop using Sneak and speak to a medical professional.

We always recommend checking with your own doctor if you have any concerns relating to diabetes (or any other conditions). We can’t give out individual medical advice, so it’s always best to check with the professionals who know your circumstances and history.

Sneak fully complies with the very highest standards of food legislation - that's the FDA, the FSA and the EFSA.

We recommend consuming within 3 months of opening. Tubs should be kept in a dry area, sealed and with the silica gel sachet inside.

Sneak shakers come with a grill inside to guarantee the smoothest mix ever.

Sneak Shakers are dishwasher-safe, (except for the 'Origins' and 'Metal' Shakers). We recommend washing by hand with warm, soapy water, just to ensure they’re kept in the best condition. Allow the Shaker to dry completely before you replace the lid, and leave the cap open to prevent moisture from accumulating when in storage.

We accept all major credit/debit cards along with PayPal, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay. We also offer Klarna for UK customers. You can see more information on Klarna here.

This usually happens when some incorrect information has been added at the checkout stage. Your payment provider will have ‘shadowed’ the funds, but the transaction was unable to be completed - it may show as a pending transaction on your account, but the money will fall back into your account within a few days.

When you place an order your bank statement will display both a pre-authorization and the final sale. The pre-authorization hold will drop off within a couple days, depending on the policies of your bank. This hold allows us to verify that funds are available and enables us to proceed with processing your order. This can also happen for orders placed via other payment methods including PayPal.

If you have a discount code, you can enter it at the checkout stage, just after you’ve entered your delivery info.

We offer two shipping options to the UK. DPD next working day delivery, and standard delivery, which is a 3-5 working day service. Need more info? Check out our shipping page - click here.

We do also offer reduced cost shipping on taster pack only orders. The cost of this is £3 and these are dispatched via Royal Mail first class. Delivery time is around 2-3 working days to the mainland UK but can take up to 5 working days. Other areas can take up to 10 working days for delivery.

Next working day delivery is £5.99 via DPD. Standard UK delivery (3-5 working days) is £3.99 via Evri (Hermes).

You’ll get an email with your tracking information when your order has been dispatched. If you placed the order on a weekday, this will be the same day - if you place your order over the weekend, the tracking information may come a little later, as dispatch times can vary.

If you placed an order on a Friday and selected the standard delivery option (3-5 working days), there won’t usually be a tracking update until the following week. If your order has not been scanned or updated for more than two working days, please contact our customer service team here.

Please check with any neighbours or any safe places on your property this could have been left by the courier. If you can’t locate your order, our customer services team can look into it for you - please contact them here.

You can find your Evri (Hermes) tracking number under ‘additional information’ on the DPD tracking info you’re sent when your order is dispatched.

If you select standard delivery (3-5 working days) when you place an order, the order will be dispatched via DPD then passed over to Evri (Hermes) for delivery.

If you’ve selected the next working day delivery service, you can change the address on your order, or request for it to be delivered to a pick-up point. You can request this via the DPD app or the DPD website using the details associated with your package.

Unfortunately we cannot change or amend addresses on orders using the standard delivery service.

We recommend washing inside out on a 30 degree wash and avoid tumble drying.

We know you want to get your hands on your Sneak package as soon as possible, so we process orders in rapid time. This means it’s not possible to cancel your order after it has been placed. Check out our returns page for all returns info.

Here at Sneak, our reaction times are pretty quick. We process your orders in rapid time, so it is not possible to amend your order after it has been placed.

You will receive a confirmation email with information on your courier who will keep in touch with you on the status of your Sneak package.

It might sound obvious, but please check your junk/spam folders first - and double-check that the email address you provided with your order was spelt correctly. If you still can’t see your confirmation email within a couple of minutes of the order being placed, contact our customer services team here.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can see full return information here.

When an order has been marked as fulfilled this just means this has been passed over to the dispatch team to process. Please keep an eye on your emails for your tracking information.

Glad you asked. Sneak Elite is our loyalty scheme, built to reward you every time you stock up on Sneak. You can earn points, climb tiers to unlock exclusive rewards and cash in your points for sweet, sweet discounts.

You’re already in! Everyone who opens a Sneak account (so buying with us, or signing up to our mailing list) will be opted into Elite. We don’t want you missing out.

The Elite scheme is now bigger and better than ever. There are more ways for you to rack up points, the tubs and merch in the Elite Store will need fewer points to redeem, and we’re introducing even more products for you to drop your points on - including discontinued flavours AND exclusive merch.

No and no! All points you’ve earned have been migrated over to the new system, so you can go on spending them as usual.

All customers start off in Bronze tier. If you spend £80 in a 12-month period you’ll be bumped up to Silver, and if you spend £160 in a 12-month period you’ll be part of our Gold tier. 

Each tier will unlock exclusive benefits, from merch in the Elite Store to early launch access when we drop new products. Once you’ve made it into a certain tier, you’ll be guaranteed to stay there for the next 12 months.

For the new tier system, we had to pick a starting point - so we chose 1st Jan this year. If you’ve reached the spend thresholds since 1st Jan (£80 for Silver or £160 for Gold) you’ll go straight into those tiers today.

Every £1 you spend with Sneak gets you 3 Elite points. You can also earn points by following us on social, leaving reviews (one per order) and referring friends - which we’ve made easier than ever.

Entry into Silver and Gold tier is based on spend. Once you cross the threshold for each tier, it can take up to 7 days after your qualifying purchase for your account to be upgraded, to allow for the order to be fulfilled.

If there’s a product in the Elite Store you’ve got your eye on, log in to Sneak Elite and hit ‘REDEEM NOW’ on the product you want. Then add it to your basket. 

You’ll only be able to redeem Elite Store items if there is one other Sneak product in your cart, and you can only redeem one Elite product in any one basket. 

You can also cash in your Elite points for discounts - use the drop-down menu when you reach checkout, or hit ‘REDEEM’ on the discount you wish to use in your Sneak Elite account, then copy the code and enter it at checkout.

They’ll receive an email with a link to Sneak - when they follow the link, they’ll automatically get £10 off at checkout when they spend £35. Once your friend completes their order, you’ll bag 500 points direct to your Elite account (enough to snag an Elite shaker right off the bat).

There is a limit of 5 successful referrals per customer

If you don’t meet the spend threshold over a 12-month period, you’ll drop down a tier. So if you’ve made it up to Gold but you spend less than £160 over the next 12-month period, you’ll drop down to Silver.

You do you! The beauty of Sneak is you're in control - lots of our customers combine their favourite flavours with milk, soda, or indeed each other, to create a taste perfectly suited to them.

Here’s a handy guide to whether something will be restocked.

If we’ve specified a product is LIMITED, it probably won’t be restocked once it’s sold out. (Examples: Blankberry, Glow Shakers, Unreleased)

If we’ve specified a product is SEASONAL, it will be restocked a few times in a short period, and then will go back into the vault.

If we’ve specified a product is PERMANENT, it’s around for the long-haul, and a restock will only be a few weeks away. (Example: Neon Punch)

You can usually find out whether something is permanent, limited or seasonal over on our socials, or on the product page itself.

It’s the hottest drop of the year… quite literally. Introducing Sneak HOT SAUCE. The latest brainchild from Sneak Labs is a caffeinated hot sauce in two flavours, inspired by some Sneak favourites.

Sneak Hot Sauce comes in Tropikilla and Neon Punch varieties - they’re not exact matches for the Sneak flavours, they’re more ‘inspired by’. 

TROPIKILLA

Our Tropikilla Hot Sauce has a real kick… in more ways than one. The fearsome Naga Morich chilli brings the heat, and the caffeine - yep, this is a caffeinated hot sauce, of course - delivers a zing of energy where you least expect it. Drizzle over meals, use as a marinade or drink it straight from the bottle, if you’re brave enough.

HEAT RATING: Hot. Not quite the seventh circle of Hell, but perhaps knocking on the gates.

NEON PUNCH

If you’ve ever wished you could soak your chicken wings in your favourite Sneak flavour - your wish is our command. Sort of. Inspired by Neon Punch, this mild Hot Sauce combines rocket chillies and bell peppers for a  ‘punchy’ flavour (yes, pun fully intended), perfect for dipping, dousing and drizzling. But probably not drinking. I mean, you do you. 

HEAT RATING: Mild. Just a little taste bud tingle. 

Yes! Sneak Hot Sauces are caffeine infused. Individual bottles contain 150 ml of Hot Sauce and 150 mg of caffeine. For each 10 ml per serve our hot sauces deliver 10 mg of caffeine (15 servings per bottle).

Tropikilla: contains Naga Morich Chilli which sit between 1 million to 1.5 million on the Scoville Heat Scale

Neon Punch: contains Rocket Chilli also known as Finger Chillies which have a rating of 10,000 to 100,000 on the Scoville Heat Scale.

You can use these hot sauces wherever you’d use any other hot sauce. Use them for dipping chicken wings, stir them into another sauce for a little kick, drizzle over fried rice or salads, use them as a marinade. We’ve seen what you guys can do with two scoops of Sneak and a shaker - we know you’ll get equally creative in the kitchen with these.

If you are unhappy with any of your items purchased in the Blxxk Market we can only offer refunds. We will not be able to exchange any items due to the extremely limited nature of them.
