Sneak is a zero-sugar energy formula with natural caffeine, focus-boosting nootropics and other active ingredients to keep you sharp. Available in powdered form or ready-to-drink cans, both options offer a powerful boost that keeps you alert and focused - and our flavours are unmatched.

Every serving of Sneak contains 150mg of natural caffeine, plus vitamins, minerals, amino acids and electrolytes. There’s no sugar in Sneak, and we only use natural colours and flavours.

We think we’ve got the perfect Sneak nailed. Add one scoop or sachet of Sneak to 300-400ml of water and shake. Drop in some ice for extra refreshment, and feel free to experiment with water ratios to find what suits you. You’re in control!

You can head to our tracking page to track your order, and you can track by logging into your Sneak Account. You’ll receive an email with the tracking information you need when your order has been dispatched.

Please note that if you place your order over the weekend, tracking information may come a little later, as dispatch times can vary.

Sneak products are vegan, except for those marked as US Editions with a *.

Yes - Sneak contains acesulfame K and sucralose.

We don’t recommend Sneak to anyone who needs to watch their caffeine intake. That includes children, as well as those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and anyone who’s been advised to avoid caffeine due to a health condition. If you’re unsure of whether Sneak is for you, always check the label carefully, and we’d recommend checking with a medical professional.

We recommend consuming within 3 months after opening. Keep your tub in a dry area, sealed, and with the silica gel pack still inside to ensure your powder remains in great condition.

Our Hydrate range is a caffeine-free version of Sneak, with some extra ingredients to offer a totally different kind of boost.

As well as the usual vitamins, minerals and amino acids you’ll find in Sneak, Hydrate contains Ashwagandha for a more peaceful mind, and CocoMineral, which helps boost hydration levels.

We recommend no more than three servings. You can drink Hydrate in addition to your regular Sneak servings.

It's totally at the customer's discretion - but due to the presence of Ashwagandha and other botanicals, we can't recommend Sneak Hydrate for children, or anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding. If you're taking any medication, we'd also advise you check with your doctor for any interactions. We can't provide individual medical advice and we don't know your personal history, so always best to check with the people who do, right?

Sneak Shake is a range of caffeinated milkshakes - a version of Sneak’s base formula that’s designed to be mixed with milk. Flavours skew a little creamier and richer - things like Vanilla, Caramel Latte and Banana Waffle.

Nothing at all - the Sneak Shake base formula is the same as our Energy range. The only difference is what you mix it with.

Shake can be mixed with any milk or milk alternative - oat milk would be our recommendation, but cow’s milk works great too.

If your order hasn’t been scanned or updated for more than two working days, contact our customer services team. Please note that if you order on a Friday and select the 3-5 working day delivery option, there won’t be a tracking update until the following week.

Please check with any neighbours or any safe places on your property this could have been left by the courier. If you can’t locate your order, our customer services team can look into it for you - please contact them here.

If you select standard delivery (3-5 working days) when you place an order, the order will be dispatched via DPD then passed over to Evri for delivery.

If you’ve selected the next working day delivery service, you can change the address on your order, or request for it to be delivered to a pick-up point. You can request this via the DPD app or the DPD website using the details associated with your package.

Unfortunately we cannot change or amend addresses on orders using the standard delivery service.

Sneak shakers are dishwasher-safe, (except for the clear plastic and 'Metal' shakers). We recommend washing by hand with warm, soapy water, just to ensure they’re kept in the best condition. Allow the shaker to dry completely before you replace the lid, and leave the cap open to prevent moisture from accumulating when in storage.

All of our shakers come with a grill to ensure the smoothest mix possible.

Some of our apparel is made-to-order - this means it’ll be dispatched separately from the rest of your order. Please allow 2-5 working days for dispatch and 2-5 working days for delivery. Tracking info will be available in your account once your order has been dispatched.

As you might imagine, our reaction times at Sneak are pretty quick - in order to meet our super-fast delivery times, we process orders rapidly. Unfortunately this means it’s not possible to cancel or edit orders once they’ve been placed. Please see our returns section for info on sending your order back.

You can login to your Sneak Account, or check your order confirmation email, which should arrive minutes after you place your order.

Sounds obvious, but please check your junk/spam folders first - and double-check that the email address you provided with your order was spelt correctly. If you still can’t see your confirmation email within a couple of minutes of the order being placed, you can contact our customer services team.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact our customer service team by emailing info@sneakenergy.com. We’ll provide you  with information on how to return any items.

Glad you asked. Sneak Elite is our loyalty scheme, built to reward you every time you stock up on Sneak. You can earn points, climb tiers to unlock exclusive rewards and cash in your points for sweet, sweet discounts. You’re automatically enrolled into Elite when you place an order with us.

Every £1 you spend with Sneak gets you 3 Elite points. You can also earn points by following us on social, leaving reviews (one per order) and referring friends - which we’ve made easier than ever.

Everyone starts out in Bronze tier. Entry into Silver and Gold tier is based on spend. Once you cross the threshold for each tier, it can take up to 7 days after your qualifying purchase for your account to be upgraded, to allow for the order to be fulfilled.

If there’s a product in the Elite Store you’ve got your eye on, log in to Sneak Elite and hit ‘REDEEM NOW’ on the product you want. Then add it to your basket. 

You’ll only be able to redeem Elite Store items if there is one other Sneak product in your cart, and you can only redeem one Elite product in any one basket. 

You can also cash in your Elite points for discounts on orders over £35 - use the drop-down menu when you reach checkout, or hit ‘REDEEM’ on the discount you wish to use in your Sneak Elite account, then copy the code and enter it at checkout.

Our referral system is easier than ever. Head to the ‘Tell A Friend’ page.

They’ll receive an email with a link to Sneak - when they follow the link, they’ll automatically get 20% off. Once your friend completes their order, you’ll bag 1000 points direct to your Elite account (redeemable for £10 off at checkout).

For a successful referral, the referred customer must be a new customer, with a different billing, shipping and IP address from the referrer.

Your points will expire if you don’t make a purchase on the Sneak store in a 2-year period.

If we’ve specified a product is limited, we won’t be restocking it once it’s sold out. If it’s a permanent flavour, it’s around for the long haul, and a restock will be a few weeks away. Hit the ‘NOTIFY ME’ button on the product page to get an email alert when it lands!

Discount codes can’t be used in conjunction with other offers, and you can’t use two codes on the same order. If you’ve got an offer stacked with a discount code, the checkout will favour the discount that offers you the biggest saving. We’re good like that.

Please be aware that we reserve the right to withdraw offers or discounts at any time without prior notice, even if an end date was specified.
