We’ve got delicious ready-to-drink cans, but we also have tubs and shakes on offer which allow you to be your own mixologist. So, if you’re wondering how to make a Sneak energy drink, the answer is however you like. But, to help you out, we’re going to break down some of our favourite ways to do so and share some of our community's favourite inventive recipes.
This blog is here to answer all your questions - from “can you mix alcohol with energy drinks?” to “can you mix protein powder with energy drinks?” - we’re going to tell you exactly how to get the full Sneak experience.
How to make a Sneak energy drink
Good news - you don’t need a degree in chemistry to make one. Our bold flavours and clean ingredients are sure to make a delicious drink every time. So, here’s how:
- Choose your flavour: We are proud to say that Sneak has 99% taste satisfaction, and we love to brag about it (as we should). From Blue Raspberry to Tropikilla - the choice of flavour is yours and it’s guaranteed to be a tasty one. If you want a shake vibe, we recommend Vanilla, Caramel Latte or Raspberry Creamsicle.
- Measure: Pour about 300-400 ml of cold water into your shaker and add a scoop of powder. Or, if you prefer a thicker milkshake vibe, use your choice of milk instead. Because what’s more badass than a milkshake? A SNEAK SHAKE.
- Shake it: Shake, shake, shake it baby. Give the shaker a solid shake around to dissolve all the powdery goodness. This is why we say don’t use a fizzy drink at first… if you shake that, it will go everywhere. Guaranteed. So use water, then top it up with the fizziness after if you like.
- Sip and enjoy: Pour into a glass if you’re a refined individual, or just drink it straight from the shaker. Close your eyes and taste that Sneak goodness. Yummmmmm.
Can you mix protein powder with energy drinks?
Sneak and protein powder? It’s a dream combo and where you can really get creative. So yes, you can mix protein powder with energy drinks, and it’s actually a great way to power up your workout or boost your daily protein intake whilst getting your sustained caffeine fix.
Here’s how:
- Add a scoop of protein powder to your favourite Sneak flavour (vanilla or chocolate protein flavours are great for a smooth combo with our Energy Shakes).
- Blend with water or milk, shake it up and you’ve got a protein-packed, energy-boosting delicious beverage.
Can you mix alcohol with energy drinks?
The age-old question - can you mix alcohol with energy drinks? Short answer, yes. However, it’s important to keep a few things in mind.
The CDC warns that mixing alcohol and caffeine can mask the depressant effects of alcohol, meaning there is an increased likelihood of displaying risk-taking behaviour. You don’t want to start thinking you’re invincible after too many cocktails. So, enjoy responsibly and know your limits.
